6、 Test function implementation method:
Test process description: The test software controls the high-voltage tester, wiring harness tester, and airtightness tester through the 232 communication port. During the testing process, the electronic lock, phase sequence, temperature control resistance, and conduction resistance are tested first. After the low voltage test is completed, switch to the high voltage end through the electric control box, and then test the high voltage and insulation. When the high voltage is also tested, test the air tightness. After the test is completed, the software will display the test results and save the test result data. (Air tightness can be tested simultaneously with conduction and high pressure).
7、 Safety protection:
1. The test bench adopts safety grating protection.
2. The communication method adopts optocoupler isolation, which makes communication more stable and has strong anti-interference ability.
3. The cylinders will be installed with in-situ and dynamic signals for more accurate and safe testing.
