The terminal temperature rise test system is specifically designed for connectors, terminals, and wiring harnesses according to relevant standards and testing specifications. It applies standard current, voltage, and load time for continuous or intermittent power on testing, in order to detect whether the temperature rise in load mode and the temperature changes of current cycling load meet the standards.
2、 Product Overview/Description
The use of high-quality electrical components and optimized circuit design can ensure long-term, high-frequency, and high current loads. The circuit and fixture are highly matched with a load current of 1.5 times, with overcurrent, overload, and over temperature protection.
To meet the requirements and testing specifications for plugs, sockets, connectors, terminals, wiring harnesses, switches, wires, charging guns, etc., it is only necessary to add testing fixtures to achieve multiple uses for one machine (optional for individual configurations).
High accuracy of load current/voltage, small ripple, high efficiency, customizable load current/voltage, up to DC 0-5000A/0-1000V.
The load time can be continuous or intermittent load (cyclic load) testing, automatically applied and stopped, and there is a prompt after the test is completed. It can be used for current overload, temperature rise testing, current resistance cyclic testing, etc.
Test time 1~999999H/M/S and frequency 1~9999999 can be set arbitrarily (S/M/H units are optional).
The temperature rise test thermocouple can be used in specifications such as K/J/T, with 8/16/24/32/64/128 channels (CH) available. The accuracy meets IEC/GB/EN/ASTM/ISO standards, and PC software list/curve display.
The minimum voltage drop recognition can reach 0.001mV, and the data collection time can be preset through the upper computer list display and curve display (optional).
Test fixtures and testing platforms can be customized according to customers, such as plugs, sockets, terminals, connectors, etc., to achieve ease of use and meet standards, with no gap compared to well-known official laboratories.
It can be optionally equipped with additional contact resistance testing or micro current contact resistance testing (optional), or other functions.
